DAY 1- From Airport, Transfer to KIBALE NATIONAL PARKS evening cultural walk to bigodi swamp
Budget Wild Life Gorilla Tour in Uganda
From your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe, after early morning breakfast, the safari guide will pick you and leave for Kibale forest Park. You will have lunch en route. Meals and overnight at Ndali Lodge (luxury), Kibale safari lodge/Kibale forest camp safari tents (Medium class accommodation), Kibale forest camp tent/Kibale guest house (budget)
DAY 2- Morning Chimpanzee tracking
This day is for tracking chimpanzees, after breakfast, assemble at UWA offices for briefing then go to the jungle to track chimpanzees for 1-4 hours.Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge (luxury), Kibale safari lodge/Kibale forest camp safari tents (Medium class accommodation), Kibale forest camp tent/Kibale guest house (budget)
DAY 3- Transfer to QUEEN ELIZABETH PARK for evening games drive
After morning breakfast at leisure, drive to Queen Elizabeth Park for evening games drive. Expect to see a number of wild life. Dinner and overnight at spectacular Mweya Lodge/ Jacana lodge (luxury), King fisher/Ihamba lodge/Twin lake lodge (mid-range), Mweya Hostels/Queen Elizabeth bush lodge (Budget).
DAY 4- Morning game drive and after noon launch cruise on Kazinga channel
Early morning you will have a games drive in the park. Return to the lodge for Mid- morning breakfast, relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon, you will have a launch cruise a long Kazinga channel for 2 hours. Lots of different species of birds and hippos to be viewed. Dinner and overnight at spectacular Mweya Lodge/ Jacana lodge (luxury), King fisher/Ihamba lodge/Twin lake lodge (mid-range), Mweya hostels/Queen Elizabeth bush lodge (Budget).
DAY 5- Transfer to Bwindi forest (via Ishasha sector with chances of seeing tree climbing lions, if you are issued gorilla permits for Buhoma and Ruhija)
Have breakfast in the morning and transfer to Bwindi forest via Ishasha sector with chances of seeing tree climbing lions. We need to clear gorilla permits for Buhoma or Ruhija in advance. You will later on drive to Bwindi forest arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma lodge/ Bwindi lodge /Gorilla safari lodge (luxury), Silver back lodge/Nshongi gorilla resort/Bakiga Lodge / nkuringo cottages/ trekkers tervan (mid-range), Buhoma Community Bandas / Bwindi view Bandas /Virunga Hotel/Gorilla valley lodge /Gift of nature (Budget accommodation)
DAY 6- Gorilla trekking
With packed lunch after breakfast, assemble at UWA offices for briefing. Gorilla trekking exercise may take 1-6 hours. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma lodge/ Bwindi lodge /Gorilla safari lodge (luxury), Silver back lodge/Nshongi gorilla resort/Bakiga Lodge / nkuringo cottages/ trekkers tervan (mid-range), Buhoma Community Bandas / Bwindi view Bandas /Virunga Hotel/Gorilla valley lodge /Gift of nature (Budget accommodation)
DAY 7- Transfer to Entebbe Airport with a stopover at the Equator
Morning after breakfast, drive back to Entebbe Airport for your next flight arriving in evening. Have lunch en rout
