8 Days primate safari is an amazing and well packaged tour in Uganda. Tour Itinerary for 8 Days Primate Safaris
Day one: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
African treasure staff will pick you from your hotel in Kampala or from the place of destination and set off to Murchison Falls National park, reaching Ziwa Rhino sanctuary late morning for Optional Rhino Tracking. After tracking the Rhinos for 1 hour, you will continue to Murchison Falls National Park , reaching by 3:00pm. After you will visit the top of the falls and later drive to Pakuba Lodge/Paraa Safari Lodge/Red Chilli Hotel.
Day two: Game drive and Boat cruise.
Early morning, you will have morning game drives to catch up with early risers like lion, leopard, hyenas, bush bucks, among others before they return to their hiding places. Return to the hotel for late breakfast, relaxation as you wait for lunch. After lunch, you will enjoy a agreat experience at the boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison falls, which will reward you with view of game as hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, elephants as well as a variety of bird species.
Day three: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park.
Very early in the morning after a cup of coffee, you will embark on a scenic journey to Fort Portal; a beautiful town overlooking the mountains of the moon. Taking the Western scenic route to Kibale National Park, this journey will take you through the Albertine rift valley found in the Western arm of Great East African rift valley. Reaching Fort Portal early evening, relax and refresh at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at Chimpanzee Guest house/ Kibale Primates Lodge/Ndali Lodge.
Day four: Chimpanzee tracking, and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Drive to the park headquarters after your early breakfast for the chimpanzee briefing by the forest guide. You will locate the chimps by listening for their pant-hooting calls, then hustle to the area from which they are calling. You will see more other primates such as the red colobus, black and white colobus and the red-tailed monkey. After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park reaching in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Enganzi Lodge/Kyambura game Lodge/Mweya safari Lodge.
Day five: Game drives and Boat cruise.
After a cup of coffee, go for an early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park. You will see lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongoose, water bucks, Kobs and many more. Drive back to the lodge for late breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, after lunch and proceed for the launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Different animals that come to drink water at the channel and water birds will be viewed along the shores such buffalos, elephants, school of hippos, crocodiles as well as a variety of bird species. Dinner and Overnight stay (Day 4)
Day six: Trip to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast, transfer to Bwindi National Park via Ishasha sector with game drives search of the famous tree climbing lions which are always spotted clinging on old fig trees. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Forest found in the southern part of the country. On your arrival, you will relax at the lodge while preparing for the gorillas the next day. Dinner and overnight at Bakiga Lodge/Gorilla Mist Camp/Ruhiija Lodge.
Day seven: Gorilla tracking and cultural walk.
The second last day starts with a good breakfast tthen briefing by a ranger guide, enter the forest for your gorilla tracking adventure. The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. Tracking may take 3-9 hours depending on the movements of the gorillas in their natural wild. You will stay with the gorillas for a maximum of one hour once you encounter them, and then transfer back to your lodge for relaxation. If still early, you may go for community walk in the evening.
Day Eight: Return trip to Kampala.
This is the last day of this amazing tour , you are given your break fast early morning and then set off for Kampala. On your way to Kampala, you will have scenic view of mountains, plain fields and plantations. You will make several stopovers to do shopping and photography, reaching Kampala in the afternoon. Transfer to your hotel for overnight or airport for departure.

Day 2 of the 8 Days Fishing Safaris Uganda
On the second day of the trip our guide picks you from your hotel, he then connects to the Entebbe dock close to the Uganda Wildlife Education Center and then get to the boats to embark on the fishing experience. The period spent during this activity is either full day or half day, You can opt to take a half day fishing encounter commencing both in the morning at 9am returning at 12:30pm and in the afternoon at 1pm returning at 5pm. However, travellers can embark on the full day experience starting at 9am and ending at 5pm.
You connect to the second largest fresh water lake on the African continent enjoying the soothing water and the moist air before you start the hunt for fish. The fishing is conducted around the local Islands which are approximately 45minutes from Entebbe. The selection of fishing areas depends on how the fish are biting and the weather.During the fishing experience, you are served picnic lunch along with drinks, coffee and tea. However one can carry along extra drinks if they so wish.

The third day begins with a breakfast and a moment of relaxation at the hotel. After you will drive to Nakiwogo to board the ferry to Ssese Islands. You will enjoy a cruise on Lake Victoria until the evening then the guide takes you back to the hotel for your dinner and overnight

After breakfast, you embark on the fishing encounter in the Ssese Islands exploring the magical fish. You get to the boat and go along with the experienced guides offering you a whole day experience that can be explored both in the morning and in the afternoon. It is magical to get the big catch and relax on the endless sandy beaches or take a swim in the soothing fresh waters that are endless in views being the second on the entire globe. After breakfast at your place of accommodation, you turn back to the ferry then to the main land connecting to Nakiwogo in Entebbe. when you arrive early you drive round Kampala for sight-seeing. Retire for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 6 of the 8 Days Fishing Safaris Uganda
After breakfast at your place of stay in Kampala, you depart Kampala for 5 hour journey to Murchison falls National Park in the north west of Uganda ,exploring the impressive landscapes of central Uganda including the most flat road section in the country. You arrive at Paraa jetty cross the Nile River with the ferry and connect to Paraa Safari Lodge for a thrilling lunch overlooking the Nile and relax. In the afternoon like 4pm, you embark on an evening game drive in the northern section of the park that offers you rewarding encounters of the wildlife including the four of the Big five such as Elephants, lions, the leopards and the Buffaloes. Other sights of Rothschild Giraffes, the Jackson’s Hartebeest, the Uganda Kobs and the Oribis among others are impressive to encounter. The extensive Savannah landscape of northern Murchison intercepted by the scattered Borassus Palm trees is an attraction in itself. Retire for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 7 of the 8 Days Fishing Safaris Uganda
You set off to the Nile River after breakfast to embark on the whole day fishing experience. It’s magical to explore the fish Species along the Nile including the famous Nile Perch that even weighs 80kg on this point. You have the best boats and the expert guides that will be your good companions during the fishing exercise. The other fish types like the Cat fish species and the Tiger fish make your day exciting. You retreat to Paraa Safari Lodge for lunch and then get back to the Nile stretching to the bottom of the falls where you have chances of catching the powerful Nile perch as they drop from the 43m high water fall still unsteady after being crushed along with the waters of the Nile as they pass through a less than 7m gorge. The sights of the Nile crocodiles and the Hippos may not be missed. You can undertake a hike to the top of the falls following a narrow path and you enjoy the beautiful views of the Nile River after which you connect to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 8:Do game drive in Murchison Falls National Park,track white Rhinos en route in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and then travel back to Kampala
The day begins with the game drive in the northern section of the park, a myriad of wild game is found grazing on the open Savannah grass land including the elephants, the Buffaloes, the Giraffes, the lions, the leopards, Jackson’s Hartebeests, the Water buck among others. You return to the lodge for breakfast and then cross with the ferry at 11am transferring to Kampala. You make a stop en route at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary branching 7km to the its headquarters from the main road to track white Rhinos. The encounter with the southern white Rhinos marks your full encounter with the Big five land animals.
